From an early age, Josée Allard was passionate about composition and improvisation.
Subsequently, she distinguished herself in various national competitions as a pianist, including the OSM Competition, where she obtained a First prize in 1987.
She published several compositions for piano students as well as an album "Wild Plains: Live improvisations"" with violinist Norman Nawrocki.
